High on a mountain in the bush is a luxury house in a most unusual resort. Designed for couples but with sleeping for five (three bathrooms) you get the whole of The Retreat to yourself. When not rambling the bushwalks, playing tennis or swimming (resort pool and lagoon) you can sit on the spacious deck eating your BBQ'd meal and watching the stunning view of the Hunter Valley. At night curl up by the fire or in bed with one of the more than 100 movies. The Retreat also has a gourmet kitchen, stereo, billiards, table tennis, pushbikes and cubbyhouse.
