The centre provides a complete range of activities aimed to promote community health and fitness. It offers group fitness classes, a gym, cycle classes, a 25 metre indoor heated pool, sauna and spa, as well as outdoor programs in the warmer months. There is a five-court stadium which caters for sports such as basketball, netball, volleyball and badminton.
